Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of One Way unfolds as a living composition, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The style of Marc Misaki comes through from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Balsamic, Wood, Citrus and Floral. The palette also extends to Drinks, Spicy, Gourmet and Musk.

In the first seconds you detect smoky-balsamic top notes: Frankincense, Guaiac wood and Lime.

When the opening settles you sense Iris, Oud, Rum, Tobacco and Tonka bean keeping a velvety sandalwood direction. In what remains on skin the line is anchored through Amber, Cedar, Sandalwood, Vanilla and musk, reinforcing a deep woody trail.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Gourmet and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. Background accords such as Wood, Powdery, Spicy and Alcoholic add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is masculine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

In summary One Way reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best understood on skin.
