1. General Provisions
Fragsi respects the intellectual property rights of authors, rights holders, and other lawful owners of content. Brand names, trademarks, images, descriptions, and other protected materials referred to on the website belong to their respective owners. Their use on Fragsi is for informational and identification purposes only and does not, by itself, imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
Some content may be submitted by users or obtained from publicly available sources. Fragsi does not claim rights in such content beyond those required to operate the website and will review substantiated notices of potential infringement.
Fragsi does not initiate the posting of user content, determine its substance, or endorse its accuracy or lawfulness. The user who uploads text, images, video, or other material is responsible for it. Because prior review of every submission is not technically practicable, anyone whose rights or legitimate interests are affected should send a specific notice using the contact details below.
If you believe that content on Fragsi infringes your rights, please send a notice to info@fragsi.com. The more complete your notice is, the sooner we will be able to review it.
2. What to Include in Your Notice
- Your full name or the name of your organization, together with your contact details.
- Details identifying the rights holder and, if you are acting as a representative, documentation confirming your authority to act.
- A precise description of the protected work or other subject matter and the basis of the asserted right, such as authorship, an agreement, a trademark registration, or other supporting documentation.
- A direct link to each Fragsi page containing the disputed content and a description of the specific material at issue.
- The action requested, such as removal of the content, restriction of access, attribution, correction of the source, or another proportionate remedy.
- A statement that the notice is submitted in good faith and that the information provided is accurate.
We recommend attaching legible copies of supporting documents. You may redact information that is not necessary to verify your rights. Do not send original documents, passwords, or payment information.
3. Review of Notices
Where technically feasible, Fragsi will acknowledge receipt, conduct an initial review, and may request additional information. Initial review ordinarily takes up to 10 business days, but may take longer depending on the volume of material, the complexity of the matter, or the need to seek an explanation from the user who submitted the content.
While a notice is under review, Fragsi may restrict access to the content without admitting that an infringement has occurred. Following the review, the content may be removed, modified, restored, or left unchanged if the claimant has not established the asserted right or if the use is permitted by law.
4. User Response
A user whose content has been restricted may submit a reasoned response and documents supporting their right to use the content. Fragsi may share information and documents with the parties to the extent necessary to resolve the dispute and as permitted by applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Fragsi is not a court and does not adjudicate ownership or infringement disputes. If the parties provide conflicting evidence, they should resolve the matter directly or apply to a competent authority. Fragsi complies with final court orders and binding requests from authorized public authorities.
5. Abusive Notices
The claimant is responsible for the accuracy of the notice and the lawfulness of the requested action. Bulk, automated, knowingly false, or abusive notices, as well as requests that do not sufficiently identify the content or the asserted right, may be rejected without review. This does not prevent the claimant from submitting a properly completed notice.
6. Trademarks and Reference Information
Fragrance and brand pages may include product packaging, logos, specifications, user ratings, indicative prices, and links to retailers. This information is provided for reference and comparison. Fragsi does not guarantee that it is complete, official, or current, and does not represent itself as the manufacturer, seller, or authorized representative of any relevant brand.
7. Contact
Please use the subject line "Rights Holder Notice - link to content" and send your notice to info@fragsi.com. A claimant's personal data will be used to review and respond to the notice in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
