Overall impression

A'Pieu Fresh Green Tea is a women's fragrance in parfum or extrait concentration.

The composition belongs to the citrus and green fragrance families and unfolds as a fresh, juicy and noticeable scent with a clean tea-like, green character.

It is a fragrance for those who love sparkling citrus notes, transparent floral nuances and a soft woody-musky base.

The fragrance was created by A'Pieu, a South Korean mass-market brand aimed primarily at a young audience.

The brand's fragrance line brings together affordable and emotional compositions, while Fresh Green Tea focuses on a feeling of freshness and lightness.

The product page does not provide information about the year of release, membership in a specific collection or the perfumer who created it.

Notes and development

The top notes of Fresh Green Tea open with bergamot, lemon, mandarin and orange.

The citrus opening is bright, sparkling and energetic, like a cool drink accompanied by the freshly peeled zest of fruit.

A green accord emerges in the heart of the composition, supported by lily of the valley, neroli and rose.

Thanks to this transition, the fragrance becomes softer and more rounded: the freshness remains, while delicate florality, a slight neroli bitterness and the airy cleanliness of lily of the valley are added.

The base is built around amber, cedar, vanilla and musk.

It gradually lends the scent warmth, roundness and a longer-lasting finish, softening the citrus sparkle with calm woody and sweet-musky nuances.

Character and wearability

Despite its green-citrus direction, Fresh Green Tea cannot be called a barely noticeable fragrance: according to the product page, its sillage is rated as very strong.

It is therefore particularly well suited to those who enjoy a pronounced presence and want their fragrance to remain noticeable throughout the day.

Its fresh character makes the perfume suitable for warm weather, walks, meetings and everyday activities.

At the same time, the amber-vanilla base adds versatility: in cool weather, the scent may become denser and cozier.

On the skin, the fragrance may develop differently, so it is worth testing it before full use and giving the composition time to unfold.

The available information does not specify the exact recommended number of sprays for the skin and clothing.

Given its very strong sillage, it is sensible to start with a small amount, applying the perfume to pulse points and adding one more spray if necessary; on fabric, it is best to test the material's reaction beforehand.

Fragrances to compare it with

In terms of its fresh green character and citrus expressiveness, A'Pieu Fresh Green Tea can be compared with Faberlic Pour Toujours, Balmain Vent Vert and Bi-es Sankai for Woman.

As one starting point for exploring a similar style, you might consider Balmain Vent Vert. However, Fresh Green Tea stands out through its combination of juicy citrus notes, a green accord and a warm musky-vanilla base.

Who will enjoy Fresh Green Tea

This perfume will appeal to women looking for more than just light citrus freshness—namely, a more noticeable composition with a pronounced sillage.

Fresh Green Tea combines a lively opening, a delicate floral heart and a soft, warm base, making it a promising choice for fans of green, floral, woody and musky fragrances.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

If this is tea, then it's clearly not the simplest kind: I can smell fresh lemon and soft rose petals here. The scent is clean, bright, and refreshes really well. The tea direction isn't for me and I won't wear it, but I quite like how it smells on other people
