Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Donna unfolds as a layered story, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of Acqua Alpes is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a airy lemon mood: Ambergris, Bergamot, Lavender, Orange and Vanilla. In this format 5 notes work as one integrated frame, creating a sensation of cool purity that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The inner phases are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Amber and Spicy with each one in a clear role.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Ambery, Citrus, Green and Gourmet. The palette also extends to Floral and Whiteflower. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to Citrus and Floral.

Taken together Donna holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best experienced in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The freshness here is really strict, so Austrian-like. Lavender dominates, and in the base, you can feel vanilla and amber. It smells quite translucent, more like a refreshing water than a full-fledged perfume. There's something detached and even arrogant about it
