Description of the composition

The scent of Van der Hum evolves as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The signature of African Aromatics / House of Mir comes through in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a soft-dry woody mood: African stone, Ambergris, Ambrette, Benzoin, Black Pepper, Cardamom and Cinnamon Leaf.

The heart and base are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Animalistic, Balsamic, Gourmet and Floral forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Wood, Amber, Spicy and Alcoholic expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Animals, Ambery, Green and Balsamic.
