Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Antique Ambergris unfolds as a living composition, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The signature of Aftelier is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Solid perfume sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Animals, Sweet, Wood and Gourmet.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a magnetic mood: Civet, Coumarin, Cypress, Grey Ambergris and Vanilla. Here 5 notes sound as one integrated frame, creating sensual magnetism that feels seamless.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Animalistic, Gourmet, Wood and Amber with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.
