Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Oud Complex is built as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Ahmed Al Maghribi is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum keeps a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Aromatic, Balsamic and Green. The framework further includes Spicy, Ambery, Leather and Wood. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to East, Leather and Wood.

Right at the start you meet radiant lemon-bergamot first notes: Lemon and Thyme.

In the central layer you notice Frankincense, Lavender and Spices keeping a deep balsamic direction.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Aromatic, Citrus and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Wood, Amber, Leather and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.

Taken together Oud Complex reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best experienced on skin.
