Description of the composition

The scent of Deadwood is built as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The style of Alkemia Perfumes is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Ambery, Sweet, Leather and Drinks. It also reaches into Aromatic, Spicy and Wood.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a soft-dry woody mood: Ambergris, Honey, Leather accord, Rum, Sage, Tonka bean and Vetiver.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Aromatic, Gourmet, Wood and Amber without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Leather and Alcoholic enrich the profile without taking over. The profile is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.
