Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Cursus unfolds as an expressive line of development, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Arno Sorel is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette sets the right density and pace of development.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Aquatic, Citrus, Wood and Spicy without random overlap. The stylistic positioning is masculine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In wear duration Middle suggests confident staying power. In diffusion Middle describes the way the scent radiates.

In the first seconds you meet radiant lemon-bergamot top notes: Bergamot and Grapefruit.

In the central layer you sense Aquatic accord and Coriander carrying a aqueous-mineral direction.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Citrus, Mineral, Spicy and Wood. The framework further includes Aquatic. At family level the scent maps to Water and Wood.

Overall Cursus sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best experienced on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

A completely ordinary fragrance. A common, inexpensive cologne that leaves no impression whatsoever. Nothing special, just forgettable! Don't expect anything outstanding from it!!!
