Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Dark Temptation is built as a living composition, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Be Layered is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

The olfactory framework rests on these accords: Floral and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a inspiring floral mood: Rose, Saffron and Vanilla. In this case 3 notes sound as one integrated frame, forming romantic softness that feels seamless.

The deeper layers are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Floral, Spicy and Gourmet.

Overall Dark Temptation holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This brand seems to just be repeating what's already on the market. The pink vanilla scent reminds me of something familiar, too bright and intense, with a clear dominance of vanilla. No originality, just copies

This scent truly has a masterful gourmand quality. In the pyramid, of course, there's rose, saffron, and vanilla, but for me, it smells like dark chocolate. The scent is dense and dessert-like, but not too intrusive, rather restrained. The chocolate here is somewhat in the background, while the main focus is on woody notes and oud. It truly sounds luxurious
