Discovering the Fragrance

CnR Create is an Austrian niche brand where stars and scents meet. In 2010, Libra for Men was born here—a eau de toilette for men belonging to the spicy and woody fragrance families.

It was created by perfumer Olivier Funel.

Olfactory Portrait

Libra for Men opens with a vibrant spicy burst: cardamom, cinnamon, and jasmine intertwine in an energetic accord. At its heart are resinous labdanum, intoxicating tuberose, and noble Virginia cedar.

The trail is soft and comforting: violet, Tolu balsam, and vetiver. Despite its rich notes, the sillage is virtually imperceptible—the fragrance stays close to the skin, creating an intimate aura.

Inspiration and the Brand

CnR Create is a place where stars meet scents. The brand is known for its poetic character and boldness.

Libra for Man is no exception: it combines the spiciness of the East with an unexpected floral depth, while remaining restrained and elegant. The brand’s official website: www.roger-gallet.com

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.
Persistence
Low (1 to 2 hours)
2
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Extremely inconspicuous
1
Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.
