Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Quilcene is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Curie comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Balsamic, Citrus, Green and Fairy. The framework further includes Whiteflower and Wood.

Without strict stage separation the fragrance opens as a single chord with a soft-dry woody mood: Amber, Bergamot, Fig Leaf, Frankincense, Fresh Notes, Grapefruit and Jasmine.

The heart and base are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Abstract, Citrus and Floral forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Wood and Mineral add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.
