Identity of Demeter Persimmon

Discover Demeter Persimmon — a fragrance that transports you to a world of pure and recognizable scents, like a page from an aromatic encyclopedia.

This unisex perfume is part of the Classic collection, reflecting the brand's philosophy: to create realistic, single-note compositions that capture the essence of everyday moments.

Released as an Eau de Cologne, it offers a light and refreshing formula, ideal for those who value simplicity and naturalness in perfumery.

The fragrance Demeter Persimmon belongs to the Floral and Fruity families, highlighting its bright and cheerful character.

As part of the Classic collection, it continues the brand's tradition, founded in 1994, where each composition is an accurate reproduction of familiar scents, from nature to everyday life.

This perfume does not have a specified release year, but its timeless design makes it relevant at any time, inviting you to explore the world through the sense of smell.

Positioning and Universality

Demeter Persimmon is positioned as a Unisex fragrance, making it accessible and appealing to everyone, regardless of gender.

Its light cologne concentration provides a soft trail that does not overwhelm, but gently surrounds you with freshness — perfect for everyday wear, summer days, or informal gatherings.

Although exact dosage recommendations are not specified, for colognes, it is usually advised to use 2-3 sprays on the skin or clothing to maintain a balance between longevity and delicacy.

This fragrance is complimentary and recognizable due to its pure persimmon note, making it an excellent choice for those seeking something unusual yet cozy.

It opens immediately with a bright fruity accent, maintaining its straightforwardness throughout wear, without complex transitions.

Unlike multifaceted compositions, Demeter Persimmon focuses on one key element, offering an experience that is easy to integrate into any style or mood.

Inspiration and Brand Philosophy

The fragrance Demeter Persimmon is deeply rooted in the DNA of the brand Demeter, which aims to capture the scents of life in their purest form.

As a library of scents, the brand turns the ordinary — like the scent of ripe persimmon — into art, accessible to everyone.

This release enhances Demeter's reputation as a pioneer in realistic perfumery, demonstrating how simplicity can be incredibly powerful and emotional.

Although specific perfumers are not mentioned, Demeter's style is often associated with a team approach, where the emphasis is on the accuracy of reproduction, rather than an authorial signature.

The influence of the Persimmon fragrance on the brand lies in expanding its "aromatic encyclopedia," adding a fruity note that resonates with lovers of natural and casual scents.

This confirms Demeter's ability to remain relevant by offering innovative yet familiar sensory experiences.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The Demeter Persimmon composition is built around one key note — Persimmon, which makes this fragrance pure and monotone, without a complex pyramid of top, middle, or base accents.

This approach is characteristic of the Demeter brand, which focuses on realistic scent reproduction, allowing the persimmon note to shine in its natural form, without additional layers or transformations.

The scent opens immediately with a juicy and sweet fruit character, reminiscent of ripe, honeyed fruits, and maintains this straightforwardness throughout its wear, creating a continuous and refreshing impression.

Such a composition is ideal for those who appreciate simplicity and want to enjoy the pure essence of persimmon, without distracting elements, making each breath a bright and memorable experience.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

The smell of persimmon, honestly, is quite nasty. It's too sharp and causes some kind of gloom. There's no naturalness here, just a heaviness that weighs on your mind. I don't get how anyone can wear this

I can't say I immediately remembered what persimmon smells like. Only a vague memory of some moist sweetness comes to mind. The scent I'm getting rather reminds me of flowers. Maybe this is the smell of the tree's flowers? But, honestly, I don't see anything special about it. Quite a disappointing experience

I definitely don't smell persimmon here, that's not it. Sweetness might peek through somewhere, but to call it a persimmon note - that's a huge stretch. I'm picking up other fruits more than persimmon!!

This is definitely not persimmon, but something completely different. Sweet citrus and floral notes, yes, you can feel that, but then there's this orange blossom. The scent seems appealing, fruity, but on my skin it kind of loses its individuality and turns into some cloying flatness. Can't say I liked it )
