Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Salalah is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Elixir Attar is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Oil-based perfume sets the right density and pace of development.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a soft-dry woody mood: Bergamot, Cambodian Oud, Frankincense, Grey Ambergris, Leather accord, Marjoram and Oud.

The deeper layers are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Aromatic, Citrus and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Amber and Leather enrich the profile without taking over.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Citrus, Wood, Balsamic and Animals. The framework further includes Leather, Aromatic and Gourmet.
