Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Blackcurrant evolves as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Enrico Gi is evident in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

In the top tier you catch sparkling citrus top notes: Bergamot, Black currant leaf and Yuzu. Exactly these 3 notes build a burst of citrus freshness that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

When the opening settles you notice Black Hawthorn Flower, Blackcurrant, Cyclamen and Lily keeping a opulent floral direction.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Wood without random overlap. Background accords such as Amber add depth to the backdrop.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Citrus, Green, Floral and Fruit. The framework further includes Whiteflower, Ambery, Wood and Earthy / Mossy. At family level the scent maps to Floral and Fruit.

Overall Blackcurrant reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The scent really smells very natural, especially the blackcurrant leaf. It's clearly at the forefront here, while the berry seems to be secondary. Freshness and naturalness are perfectly felt 🌿

What a terrible scent this is! Blackcurrant here, blackcurrant there, but in reality, it's just a sickly sweet stench. You don't want to enjoy it, but rather get rid of this "deliciousness". Ten points? No way!! It's more like minus ten. I don't understand how anyone can praise this
