Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Davana unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Franka M. Berger is evident from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

The olfactory framework rests on these accords: Floral without random overlap. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence High suggests confident staying power. In projection Middle shows the style of diffusion around the wearer.

Without strict stage separation the opening appears as one connected movement with a multi-layered petal mood: Floral Notes. In this case 1 note works as one integrated frame, forming an elegant floral wave that reads as cohesive from the start.

The middle and base stages are felt as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which gives the structure continuity.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Floral and Whiteflower. At family level the scent maps to Floral.

Overall Davana reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best judged on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Clear peach accents are heard at the beginning and end, as well as woody notes, likely cedar. Overall, the fragrance is really interesting; one could say it's already a rarity. It smells very retro; it's unlikely anyone would dare to wear it these days 😔
