Fresh Cotton is a unisex fragrance launched in 2025 by the Slovak brand Giovani.
Created in an eau de parfum concentration, it combines powdery, musky and balsamic facets. Rather than evoking the literal freshness of clean laundry, it is about a soft, sweetly floral aura with a cosy, creamy drydown.
The fragrance’s character is built on the contrast between clean florals and dessert-like warmth.
Delicate white-floral nuances, sheer rose and violet powder gradually become rounder through marzipan, tonka bean and vanilla.
As a result, Fresh Cotton smells tender, slightly vintage and highly tactile—like a beloved soft sweater you want to wear again.
Development and character
At the opening, jasmine, lily of the valley and rose are especially noticeable: the floral accord is bright, yet not cool.
At the heart, a sweet almond facet of marzipan emerges, accented by violet and tonka bean.
The finish rests on a blend of labdanum, vanilla and musk, leaving a warm powdery-balsamic trail after the floral opening.
