Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Pavane N°1 is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Gwendolyn-Mary comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Floral and Fruit without random overlap. The gender direction is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a pulsating fruity mood: Fig, Grass, Lychee and Orange blossom. In this case 4 notes work as one integrated frame, creating sweet sensation of summer nectar that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The heart and base are felt as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which keeps the fragrance coherent.
