In 2010, Halston introduced Woman Amber — a fragrance that's hard to forget. A feminine fragrance belonging to the east family. Conceived and brought to life by perfumer Carlos Benaïm. By character, it falls into the leather, musk, and floral groups. The palette of this fragrance is exceptionally rich: traces of citrus and whiteflower can also be found — a rare combination that makes this perfume truly one of a kind. Released in eau de parfum.

Description of the composition

The composition of Woman Amber evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Halston is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum keeps the right density and pace of development.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Citrus, Floral, Leather and Musk. It also reaches into Whiteflower, Fairy, Fruit and Ambery. At family level the scent maps to East.

From the first breath you sense glowing neon first notes: Aldehydes, Mandarin and Red currant.

In the heart you meet Ambergris, Rose and Tuberose carrying a sweet-resinous direction. At the foundation the structure settles through Frankincense, Sandalwood, Suede and musk, shaping a viscous balsamic trail.

The gender direction is feminine, which clarifies the composition character. For persistence Very high points to a sustained drydown presence. In trail behavior Very weak defines the projection profile in space.

I couldn't last half an hour with it, it's just too bright. Tuberose combined with aldehydes is simply an explosion for my senses. This fragrance is clearly made for women who adore classic Chanel and all those powerful aldehyde compositions

This scent evokes thoughts of wealth and luxury in me. It's so refined, not crude, which perfectly matches my taste. The amber here is simply magnificently revealed, creating a feeling as if it's playing on the skin and clothes. It suits almost any style - from a cozy sweater to a chic outfit. It adds sophistication and makes any look more attractive. I just want to try it with different things and discover new facets! )))

Hmm, well, this is definitely not the scent everyone's talking about. For me, it's too bright, even a bit intrusive. It feels like it blends with the skin, but at the same time, it's too hot. By the way, it reminded me of my grandma's old jacket. And its longevity is just off the charts!

Amber, unlike the standard Halston, has incredible tenderness and femininity. It's just something magical: berries combined with citrus create a sweet but not overly cloying bouquet that envelops you like a light throw 🌸 For me, it's like I'm on a cloud, enjoying the warmth of the sun's rays. The fragrance is truly amazing, I recommend everyone try it if you can find it 🌟
