Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Pink Oud is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Hind Al Oud comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Floral, Musc and Amber forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

In the first seconds you sense airy floral opening note: Jasmine. This 1 note forms floral tenderness that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the middle phase you notice Cashmeran carrying a delicate velvety direction. In the base the structure settles through Ambergris and musk, reinforcing a viscous resinous trail.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Whiteflower, Musk, Ambery and Gourmet. From a family perspective the composition sits in East.

Taken together Pink Oud holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best understood through real development.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

This scent makes me BORED. The flowers are delicate, soft, but the powdery-musky base adds interest. But there's one thing: sometimes in the distance, I can hear notes of incense sticks, especially in warmth. I don't have a full bottle, only decants, so we'll see how it develops in autumn
