Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Black Rose unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Illuminum is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Balsamic, Floral, Wood and Spicy with each one in a clear role. The gender direction is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

At the opening of the pyramid you catch spicy sparkling first notes: Black Pepper, Caraway and Rose.

At the core of development you sense Damask Rose, Rose and Saffron keeping a harmonious floral direction. In the base the structure settles through Frankincense and Sandalwood, shaping a velvety incense trail.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Spicy, Floral, Balsamic and Wood. The palette also extends to Gourmet and Whiteflower. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to East and Floral.

What was with the sarcasm in the previous comment? The spices there are totally appropriate, they really make the spicy notes bright and rich. And the way the fragrance developed just blew me away! It reminded me of playing the piano: contrasts and pitch are important there too. Everything is so harmoniously put together here, I'm just thrilled. And, by the way, unlike music, the notes sound different depending on the weather

The scent of oil with rose notes, but unfortunately, it lacks spices. On the other hand, it seems they added too many spices. Overall, the fragrance isn't bad, but it would be great if the price was at least one and a half to two times lower
