Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Peony unfolds as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Jenny Glow is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum keeps the right density and pace of development.

At olfactory-group level the profile is anchored in Fruit, Floral, Whiteflower and Ambery. The framework further includes Leather, Wood and Sweet. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Floral and Sweet.

From the first breath you sense sweet-fresh fruity first note: red apple.

In the heart you sense Clove, Jasmine and Peony holding a velvety rose-iris direction.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Floral, Fruit, Wood and Amber forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Leather enrich the profile without taking over. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

Overall Peony holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. This fragrance is simply stunning, it far surpasses Suede and Peony from Malone. Here you feel purity, the brightness of white peony, freshness, as if it was just picked with morning dew. Delicate white suede adds softness. There isn't too much apple in it, which is also a good thing )

the scent is not bad, of course, but it's not worth praising it so much. peony, yes, it's there, but it sounds flat and monotonous. there's freshness, but the brightness quickly fades, leaving only a slight intrusiveness. the longevity, yes, surprised me, but I'm not thrilled with this sillage. it's more annoying than pleasing
