Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Joory Silver evolves as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Khadlaj Perfumes is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Oil-based perfume sets the right density and pace of development.

As soon as the fragrance opens you detect invigorating sunny first note: Orange. This 1 note shapes a burst of citrus freshness that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

At the core of development you meet Jasmine and Rose keeping a creamy tuberose direction.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Oriental expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Whiteflower, Floral and Fairy. The palette also extends to Wood, Musk and Gourmet. From a family perspective the scent maps to Citrus, East and Floral.

Taken together Joory Silver holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The orange peel concentrate, oddly enough, turned out pretty oily. The scent's definitely nice, but there's no sillage, it just kind of hides close to the skin. Overall, it reminds me of a citrus essential oil, but with a bit of a bitter tang. You can tell something's not quite right, and it leaves a weird aftertaste. Just not enough depth to truly delight!!
