Description of the composition

The composition of Chatte is shaped as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of La Rive is evident from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At olfactory-group level the profile is anchored in Fairy, Whiteflower, Wood and Musk. The palette also extends to Aromatic and Floral. From a family perspective the composition sits in Aldehyde and Floral.

From the first breath you meet fantasy sparkling opening note: Aldehydes.

In the central layer you notice Jasmine and ylang-ylang holding a creamy tuberose direction. At the foundation the line is anchored through Vetiver and musk, extending a deep woody trail.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Floral, Musc, Wood and Cosmetic with each one in a clear role. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In projection Middle describes the way the scent radiates.

Taken together Chatte reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best experienced in wear.
