Description of the composition

The scent of 1884 unfolds as a living composition, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of L'Amande comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Floral, Fruit, Spicy and Whiteflower. It also reaches into Sweet, Wood and Gourmet.

In the first seconds you meet vibrant berry opening notes: Freesia, Pomegranate and Red Fruits. These 3 notes set thrilling fruity juiciness that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the heart you sense Pink pepper and White Flowers carrying a spicy-aromatic direction. In the final layer the line is anchored through Caramel, Patchouli, Sugar and Vanilla, reinforcing a caramel-warm trail.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Gourmet, Floral, Fruit and Wood with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.
