Description of the composition

The composition of Oriental Velours is built as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Les Indemodables is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum keeps the right density and pace of development.

The olfactory framework is driven by these accords: Balsamic, Floral, Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a architectural woody mood: Jasmine, Myrrh, Spruce, Vanilla and Vetiver.

The inner phases are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Whiteflower, Balsamic, Wood and Gourmet. Within olfactory families the scent maps to East and Wood.
