Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Montecito unfolds as an expressive line of development, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Lissa Liggett comes through from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the notes arrive together with a lush white floral mood: Gardenia, Grey Ambergris, Jasmine, Narcissus, Orange blossom, Osmanthus and Red Orange. Here 7 notes work as one coherent layer, creating light sensuality that reads as cohesive from the start.

The inner phases are read as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Citrus, Floral and Amber with each one in a clear role. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Whiteflower, Animals, Floral and Citrus. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Floral.
