Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of The Lady unfolds as a layered story, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The style of Marco Serussi is recognizable in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Citrus, Fruit, Spicy and Floral. It also reaches into Whiteflower, Sweet, Ambery and Musk. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Floral, Fruit and Sweet.

Right at the start you detect sweet-fresh fruity top notes: Bergamot, Blackcurrant, Pear and Pink pepper.

At the core of development you detect Freesia, Lily of the Valley and Praline carrying a opulent floral direction.

The olfactory framework is driven by these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Musc, Wood, Amber and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over.

In summary The Lady reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the scent structures best experienced on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Sweet pear and blackcurrant jam create an amazing combination, and bitter green notes, like lily of the valley, add an interesting accent. It sounds a bit daring. I thought about this fragrance for a long time, but in the end, I realized it's not for me. Overall, not my cup of tea, but there's something EXCITING about it
