Description of the composition

The composition of Enchant is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The style of Marks and Spencer is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The olfactory framework is built around these accords: Floral, Fruit, Wood and Amber without random overlap. The profile is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

In the first seconds you meet juicy fruity first notes: Fig and Pear.

At the core of development you detect Freesia, Hibiscus and Mimosa carrying a opulent floral direction. At drydown level the composition is fixed through Ambergris and Sandalwood, shaping a deep amber trail.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Fruit, Floral, Ambery and Wood. The framework further includes Whiteflower. From a family perspective the scent maps to Floral and Fruit.

Overall Enchant holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best judged in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The fig here is truly ripe and juicy, but with a slight watery touch. It smells very gentle and sweet, creating a languid mood. Lemon freesia adds freshness, and hibiscus gives brightness and passion. This fragrance is like an oriental fairy tale for me, pure and elegant, full of mysteries
