Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Vetyver evolves as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The style of Maroma is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Oil-based perfume keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a multi-layered berry mood: Almond, Apricot, Gooseberry, Grape seeds, Olives and Vetiver. In this case 6 notes sound as one integrated frame, building sweet sensation of summer nectar that feels seamless.

The heart and base are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Wood forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Gourmet, Fruit and Wood. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to Fern and Wood.

Overall Vetyver sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Here I clearly smell vetiver, and the jasmine with it just smells like some kind of crap, reminding me of soap or cheap cologne. This sensation really hits you in the nose when the perfume opens up. Overall, it's not quite what I like
