Description of the composition

The composition of Pavé is shaped as a living composition, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Maurices comes through from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Mineral, Citrus, Floral and Whiteflower. The palette also extends to Wood and Musk.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense ozonic cool top notes: Aquatic accord and Mandarin. These 2 notes shape mineral transparency that is impossible to miss.

At the core of development you notice Cyclamen and Jasmine holding a opulent floral direction. At drydown level the structure settles through Woody Accord and musk, reinforcing a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Aquatic, Citrus, Floral and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. Background accords such as Wood add depth to the backdrop. The profile is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

Overall Pavé holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best experienced through real development.
