The note pyramid of Knitted Sweets evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Mellier Co. is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a soft dessert-like mood: Sweet Accord. In this case 1 note acts as one voice, forming comforting softness that keeps the opening compact and balanced.
