Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Shiraz evolves as a layered story, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The style of Michele Bianchi comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets the right density and pace of development.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Balsamic, Floral, Fruit and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Wood, Powdery, Amber and Spicy add depth to the backdrop.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a voluminous floral mood: Ambergris, Frankincense, Iris, Jasmine, Nagarmotha, Raspberry and Rose.

The deeper layers are read as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Ambery, Balsamic, Floral and Fruit. The framework further includes Spicy, Whiteflower, Wood and Musk.

Taken together Shiraz sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Listen, you can clearly smell saffron, raspberry, and rose here, and the oriental notes only emphasize this. The saffron, by the way, is so gentle, it doesn't overwhelm. This perfume seems to be trying to imitate all these trendy oriental scents. If it had strawberry instead of raspberry, then something could be compared to Baccarat, but no, this is a completely separate fragrance

The fragrance is really rich, oriental notes of spices and seasonings dominate. It accurately reflects its idea and name, but, to be honest, it's not entirely to my liking
