Description of the composition

The composition of Chrysalid is shaped as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Midi Parfums is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Spicy and Mineral add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

In the first seconds you sense airy floral top notes: Bergamot, Gardenia, Nutmeg and Orange blossom.

In the middle phase you notice Jasmine, Tuberose, honeysuckle and ylang-ylang keeping a silky white floral direction. At drydown level the structure settles through Amber, Cedar, Sandalwood and Vanilla, extending a earthy woody-resinous trail.
