The composition of Oxygène is shaped as a living composition, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Midi Parfums comes through from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Green, Whiteflower, Floral and Wood. It also reaches into Spicy and Gourmet.

In the top tier you sense crisp leafy opening notes: Mandarin leaf and Mimosa leaf. Exactly these 2 notes build morning coolness sensation that is impossible to miss.

At the core of development you notice Jasmine, Orange blossom, Rose and Selenicereus holding a sensual jasmine direction. In the final layer the line is anchored through Sandalwood, Tonka bean and Vanilla, shaping a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Gourmet, Floral, Wood and Spicy without random overlap. The gender direction is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.
