Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Driftwood Summer 2017 is shaped as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Perfumer H is evident from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Citrus, Spicy, Wood and Earthy / Mossy. It also reaches into Green and Floral. At family level the scent maps to Wood.

Without strict stage separation the notes arrive together with a architectural woody mood: Bergamot, Cardamom, Cedar, Coriander, Moss, Papyrus and Patchouli. In this format 7 notes work as one voice, creating lasting warm resonance that reads as cohesive from the start.

The deeper layers are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.
