Description of the composition

The composition of The Empress is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Poesie is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Gourmet, Floral and Fruit forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

Without strict stage separation the notes arrive together with a soft dessert-like mood: Chewing Gum, Gardenia, Honey and Rose. In this case 4 notes sound as one coherent layer, building a sweet enveloping resonance that reads as cohesive from the start.

The middle and base stages are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which gives the structure continuity.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Sweet, Whiteflower and Floral.

Taken together The Empress holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the scent structures best judged on skin.
