Description of the composition

The composition of Serpens is shaped as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Possets Perfume is evident in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Spicy, Wood, Gourmet and Musk.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a architectural woody mood: Clove, Oud, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Tonka bean, Vanilla and musk. Here 7 notes work as one voice, forming lasting warm resonance that feels seamless.

The inner phases are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Gourmet, Musc, Wood and Spicy without random overlap. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

Taken together Serpens holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best experienced on skin.
