Description of the composition

The composition of Rodier is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Rodier is clear from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette supports the right density and pace of development.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Floral and Spicy without random overlap. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

As soon as the fragrance opens you meet delicate floral top notes: Freesia and Orange blossom.

In the heart you detect Cocoa, Coffee, Cyclamen, Hawthorn, Lilac and Magnolia carrying a velvety rose-iris direction. In what remains on skin the line is anchored through Ambergris, Cedar, Heliotrope, Iris, Labdanum and Sandalwood, extending a warm vetiver trail.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Floral, Whiteflower, Gourmet and Wood. The palette also extends to Ambery and Balsamic. Within olfactory families the scent maps to East and Floral.

Taken together Rodier reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood on skin.
