Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Black evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The style of Roi is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Fruit and Wood with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Mineral expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is masculine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a resinous voluminous mood: Amber, Berries, Citrus accord, Lavender and Sandalwood. In this format 5 notes work as one integrated frame, creating noble smoky warmth that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The heart and base are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which gives the structure continuity.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Balsamic, Fruit, Citrus and Green. The framework further includes Wood.

Taken together Black holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best experienced in wear.
