Description of the composition

The composition of Royal Oud evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of RoseMary is evident in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Animalistic, Balsamic, Floral and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Wood, Amber, Leather and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The gender direction is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

At the opening of the pyramid you sense piquant warm opening notes: Cardamom, Labdanum and ylang-ylang.

In the middle phase you detect Labdanum, Light woods, Saffron, Sandalwood, Vetiver and ylang-ylang carrying a velvety sandalwood direction.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Spicy, Balsamic, Whiteflower and Wood. It also reaches into Ambery, Animals, Leather and Musk.

Taken together Royal Oud holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood in wear.

I can't say it's super quiet, but it has its own depth. Oud, cardamom, the warmth of sweet leather, and ambroxan - it's this element that gives the scent some dynamism, filling it with an atmosphere. Sometimes in the drydown, I catch a whiff of that famous molecule
