Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of London evolves as a layered story, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The style of S Parfum comes through from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Ambery, Green, Floral and Balsamic. The palette also extends to Wood, Musk and Gourmet. At family level the scent maps to East and Wood.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a voluminous floral mood: Ambergris, Galbanum, Geranium, Iris, Labdanum, Nagarmotha and Violet.

The middle and base stages are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Balsamic, Floral, Musc and Wood without random overlap. Background accords such as Powdery and Amber add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

Overall London holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This scent is unbearable! Green violets, but a soapy taste. Terrible! Nothing special, just chemical harshness, sharp and rough. Not impressive

The scent is cold and powdery, with green and resinous nuances. Feels transparent, but lacks sophistication and lightness. Results in rough and clumsy
