Description of the composition

The composition of Vanilla on Top is shaped as a layered story, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The style of Sapil is evident from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Musc and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a sweet-spicy dessert mood: Vanilla and musk. In this format 2 notes act as one voice, building effect of a cozy dessert that reads as cohesive from the start.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Gourmet, Musk, Floral and Whiteflower. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to Floral.

In summary Vanilla on Top holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best experienced on skin.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The smell reminds me of vanilla soap, too simple and frankly cheap. There's a clear synthetic feel, as if it was made in a basement, without much effort. It lacks depth and originality to be interesting
