Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Fleur de Lavande is shaped as a continuous scent journey, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Souleiado is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

In the top tier you catch invigorating sunny top notes: Bergamot, Lavender and Mandarin. Exactly these 3 notes shape a sensation of cool purity that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

At the core of development you notice Iris and Rose holding a opulent floral direction.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Gourmet and Floral with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Wood, Powdery and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Green, Floral and Wood. It also reaches into Spicy and Gourmet.

Taken together Fleur de Lavande holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

My lavender is already starting to get green leaves, and it looks like it'll bloom in a couple of weeks. At times like these, I always want to surround myself with lavender scents. Molinard's lavender is especially tempting, and I'd be interested in trying Souleiado too )
