About Sahar by Junaid Perfumes

Sahar by Junaid Perfumes is a sensual Oriental fairy tale captured in a bottle.

Released as an Eau de Parfum, it is designed for women who appreciate luxury and depth.

The feminine character of the fragrance is emphasized by its belonging to the Oriental and Floral families.

Sillage and Character

Sahar has a very strong sillage that leaves behind a lingering trail of luxury. The fragrance is filled with sensuality, sweetness, and spicy freshness.

It feels feminine and slightly reminiscent of hard candy—delicate, yet noticeable at the same time. Ideal for daytime wear, but thanks to its longevity, it is also suitable for the evening.

Inspiration and Brand

Junaid Perfumes is not just a perfume house, but a living story rooted in Bahrain in 1910.

The spiritual heritage of the East is embodied in every bottle, and Sahar is vivid proof of this. Its beautiful bottle speaks of the fragrance’s status, while its contents reflect impeccable taste.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

When you smell this, all those fragrances with medicinal notes immediately come to mind. The oud here just went completely overboard, like there was no limit. I like it when there's just a little bit, not so much that it's right in your face. It turned into a real oud attack, and it's not very pleasant

I smelled the oil perfume, and I really liked the scent. It's so rich, floral-oud, with a metallic hint. Sounds unusual, but at the same time captivating. However, oil perfumes are expensive, so I bought a 2 ml decant of the EDP version. But the scent unfolded differently: too intensely oud, with hints of those very bandages. I apply it by dabbing, that's the only way it unfolds softly, without any tricks
