Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of White Leather N°17 unfolds as a layered story, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of The Master Perfumer is recognizable in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette supports the right density and pace of development.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the notes arrive together with a deep balsamic mood: Frankincense, Leather accord and Vetiver. In this format 3 notes sound as one voice, forming enveloping resinous depth that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The deeper layers are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Balsamic, Wood and Leather forming a compact and readable structure. The stylistic positioning is masculine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Balsamic, Leather and Wood. At family level the fragrance belongs to Leather.

Overall White Leather N°17 holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Leather notes with cold smoky incense. Sounds kind of trite, and because of that, it seems not very balanced. As if something is clearly missing from it
