Fragrance information:

Twinset Twinset Milano, unveiled in 2019, is officially considered a feminine fragrance. The talent of Dora Baghriche-Arnaud is written all over this bottle. By character, it falls into the green, wood, and fruit groups. The palette of this fragrance is exceptionally rich: traces of floral and citrus can also be found — a rare combination that makes this perfume truly one of a kind.

Italy is where this fragrance comes from — and it shows. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The composition of Twinset is shaped as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Twinset Milano is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

In the top tier you meet crisp leafy top notes: Black currant leaf, Blackcurrant, Mandarin and Salt. Exactly these 4 notes form pure greenery effect that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the central layer you sense May rose, Peony and Rose carrying a opulent floral direction.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Wood, Amber and Mineral add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Green. The palette also extends to Wood, Mineral and Ambery.

Taken together Twinset reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best judged in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

I tried this fragrance in a boutique in Yalta. The scent of fresh rose, surrounded by blackcurrant and citrus, with a woody-spicy aftertaste. Longevity is good, I caught sillage from vacationing ladies - it seems many of them wore it. But the price is just insane, over 7000 rubles for a bottle!!
