Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Commodore evolves as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Vanderbilt is evident in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Balsamic, Green, Wood and Gourmet. The palette also extends to Musk.

In a unified mixed pyramid the notes arrive together with a warm incense mood: Balsamic notes, Lavender, Sandalwood, Vanilla and musk.

The heart and base are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Aromatic, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The stylistic positioning is masculine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

Overall Commodore sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best experienced through real development.
