Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Supreme Vetiver unfolds as an expressive line of development, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Vdot is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

In the first seconds you detect piquant warm opening notes: Bergamot, Cardamom, Clary Sage and Nutmeg. These 4 notes form voluminous spicy depth that is impossible to miss.

At the core of development you sense Citrus accord and Green Tea keeping a transparent lemon direction.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Aromatic, Drinks, Spicy and Wood. It also reaches into Citrus. From a family perspective the scent maps to Citrus.

In summary Supreme Vetiver holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

I thought I'd hear a sharp and strict vetiver, knowing the master's style. But here everything turned out differently - the softness of the scent with lactonic sandalwood and tea really surprised me. The work is truly impressive! 🌟
