Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Anthea unfolds as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Verset Parfums is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum sets the right density and pace of development.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Whiteflower, Wood and Floral. From a family perspective the scent maps to Floral.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense invigorating sunny opening note: Orange. Exactly this 1 note forms a sensation of cool purity that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the middle phase you notice Tuberose carrying a sensual jasmine direction. At the foundation the line is anchored through Sandalwood, shaping a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Citrus, Floral and Wood with each one in a clear role. The gender direction is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

Taken together Anthea holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best judged in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Tuberose just explodes here, and with oranges, it creates a great duet. Sweetish, yet incredibly feminine fragrance! This is a really good example of how you can create something simple, yet beautiful 🌸
